The Three Angels Messages: The First Angel

In the first angels message of Revelation 14:6-7, we have an interesting piece of grammar. It says to fear God, give glory to Him, and to worship Him. These are not suggestions. They are imperatives, or, in other words, commands. Fear God and give glory to Him. Why? "for the hour of his judgment is come," Revelation 14:7. Worship God. Why? What is the sign of God that His true worshipers will have?

Genesis 2:2-3 And on the SEVENTH day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the SEVENTH day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the SEVENTH day, and SANCTIFIED it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
