Trust. Do. Dwell. Feed.

Psalm 37:3  (NKJV) Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.

Trust. Do. Dwell. Feed. All imperatives, aka, commands. Trust in the Lord, AND do good. It sees that doing good comes from trusting in the Lord. And rightly so. We cannot do good when we do not trust in the Lord.

Dwell in the land. FEED on HIS faithfulness. I love that. Feed on God's faithfulness. One definition for that word can also be "graze." Graze on God's faithfulness. Don't just feed once or twice a week. Graze on His faithfulness daily. How do we do that? Spend time with God in prayer and in His Word. Focus on what God has done for you.

He provides us food. He provides us fuel for the car. He provides work. (Yesterday He got me into a car with a baby locked inside.)

May God fill you with a hunger that can only be satisfied by and through Him.
